Return and exchange approval is handled case-by-case, and final decisions rest with our management.
The following types of orders are considered special orders and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
Custom-requested watches or special configurations.
Watches sourced specifically upon customer request.
Items not normally stocked by RepsWatchHub.
Watches purchased through consignment or third-party sourcing.
Advance payments or deposits made for special orders are non-refundable.
RepsWatchHub will cover return delivery charges for local orders.
Our quality team will inspect the returned item to verify its condition before processing a refund.
Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping, insurance, duties, and taxes.
Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition. RepsWatchHub is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Refunds will begin processing only after the item is received and inspected by our team.
Once your return is approved and inspected, we will begin the refund process.
Refunds are issued via bank transfer, regardless of the original payment method.
Any transaction/banking fees charged during purchase are non-refundable.
Refund amounts may be adjusted if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing accessories.
